At Retro Locker, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.
We accept return or replacement requests under the following circumstances:
Your item arrives damaged or defective.
You receive the wrong size (the size sent does not match your order).
You wish to return your item for personal reasons (e.g., fit preference or change of mind).
Please Note: Fit preference is not considered a product fault.
Returns and refunds are not free.
All approved non-fault returns (including fit preference or change of mind) are subject to a flat return fee of $25 USD per jersey.
This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly sent.
This policy applies to both stocked and pre-order items.
Retro Locker covers all import duties and tariffs for the original delivery only.
Returned items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition
With original tags attached (where applicable)
Items returned in worn, altered, or damaged condition will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund (minus the $25 USD per jersey return fee and any applicable shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Packages marked as delivered but not received are not eligible for a free replacement or refund unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.
We proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on all Retro Locker products covering manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Stitching defects
Seam failures
Logo or patch detachment caused by a manufacturing defect
Normal wear and tear
Fading, stretching, or shrinkage caused by washing
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
Intentional alterations or tailoring
Size or fit dissatisfaction
If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, Retro Locker may, at its sole discretion:
Repair the item
Replace the item
Issue store credit
Please note that identical replacements cannot be guaranteed for discontinued or limited-edition items.
Shipping costs for warranty claims may apply depending on your location and the item involved.
Pre-order items are made-to-order and require production time.
Pre-order items may be cancelled within 1 business day of the order date.
After 5 business days, cancellations will no longer be accepted, as production and sourcing may have already begun.
Once production has started, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Approved pre-order returns remain subject to the standard $25 USD per jersey return fee.
